How to use
- Download the template from Gumrai and open the Notion link you receive
- Click Duplicate to save the template into your own Notion workspace
- Add raw ideas, hooks, and campaign notes into the Idea Bank first
- Move ready ideas into the Production Pipeline and update the status as work progresses
- Add publishing dates, channels, and campaign details in the Content Calendar
- After publishing, fill in performance notes such as views, engagement, sales signals, or lessons learned
How to save and back up
- Once duplicated, the template belongs to your own Notion workspace and can be edited from web, desktop, or mobile
- If you need an offline backup, Notion supports exporting pages and databases as PDF, HTML, or Markdown/CSV depending on your plan and export settings
- For monthly campaigns, duplicate the month or database view before making major changes so you can keep a clean archive
