Using the tools
You may use Gumrai calculators and file generators for your personal work, store, or business.
You may not use the tools to create spam, fraud, infringement, or false documents intended to harm others.
Rights for purchased or downloaded files
Purchased files may be used within your own work or business, including editing, filling, printing, sharing with your team, or using with your customers for the intended purpose.
You may not resell source files, distribute them publicly, or use them to create a competing template shop.
Intellectual property
The Gumrai name, logo, website, file designs, templates, copy, images, and product assets are owned by Gumrai or relevant licensors.
Buying a file grants you a license to use it. It does not transfer ownership of the source product or the right to resell it.
Credits, downloads, and watermarks
Free accounts may have daily download quotas and watermarks as defined by the system.
Paid packages unlock additional benefits such as unlimited downloads, no watermark, or saved history, according to the package details shown on the website.
Content accuracy
We try to keep formulas, information, and files accurate, but you should review them before real use, especially taxes, marketplace fees, or information that may change over time.
If you find an error, please tell us so we can improve the product or tool.
Suspension or restrictions
We may limit, suspend, or remove access if we detect abnormal usage, infringement, payment circumvention, or activity that affects other users.
Third-party links and services
Some pages may link to external services such as Stripe, Google, Notion, or file delivery platforms. Your use of those services may also be governed by their own terms and policies.
