Gumrai provides trading indicators and planning tools, image and document utilities, calculators, templates, digital products, and membership packages.

Features, prices, packages, and product availability may change. We aim to show current information on the website.

You must provide accurate information and keep your account secure.

You must not use your account for illegal activity, infringement, system abuse, security testing without permission, or disruption of the website.

Free tools may be used for calculations and trials as available. Downloads may include quotas, watermarks, or other limits based on your package.

Day Pass provides access for the stated time period. Smart Coin provides access based on the billing cycle or package details shown on the website.

After successful payment, you receive download access or product access under your account.

You may not resell, redistribute, publicly upload, or modify Gumrai files, products, templates, or content into a competing product without permission.

Gumrai invite-only indicators are licensed to the TradingView username you submit and are limited to the approved account, product, and access period. You may not share accounts or access, resell the service, copy protected materials, or attempt to access source code without permission.

The access period begins when Gumrai approves or grants access as shown in your order status. Username changes may require verification, and trials are limited by user, account, and product.

Changing a Pine version, Settings, Symbol, or Timeframe may require creating a new TradingView Alert. An existing Alert is a snapshot of the conditions used when it was created and may not update automatically.

An EA purchase grants a personal, non-transferable license to use the compiled EX5 file only. Source code is not included. You may not redistribute, share, resell, publicly upload, reverse engineer, decompile, or modify the EA for resale without permission.

You must test on a demo account and verify the broker symbol, contract size, lot step, leverage, spread, slippage, server time, and broker conditions before enabling Algo Trading on a live account. Compatibility and execution can differ by broker and account type.

The EA is an automation tool and does not guarantee profit. Backtest and demo results do not guarantee future performance. You decide when to start or stop it, choose the lot size, and remain responsible for every order, gain, loss, and risk in your account.

Online payments are processed through Stripe or other payment methods supported by Gumrai.

Prices may be shown in Thai baht or another supported currency. Taxes, bank fees, or currency conversion fees may depend on your payment provider.

Because digital products can be downloaded immediately, refunds may generally not be available after access is delivered, unless there is a system error or another case we consider appropriate.

For indicators, refunds may generally not be available after access has been granted to the submitted TradingView username, unless Gumrai cannot deliver access or an unresolved Gumrai system error prevents delivery within a reasonable period.

If you paid but did not receive access, contact contact@gumrai.co with your account email and payment evidence.

Time-limited packages provide access for the period shown by the system. If a renewal is made before expiry, remaining time should be preserved according to the package rules.

If a package is cancelled or changed, some benefits may end at the end of the access period or according to the terms shown on the website.

Gumrai indicators, price plans, entry levels, targets, stop-loss levels, Signal Log, Telegram, OBS, and economic-news notices are educational and analytical information—not trade instructions, investment advice, or managed trading services.

Historical target rates, scores, and chart examples are not live-account results, may exclude execution costs and order management, and do not guarantee future performance. You are responsible for position size, exits, and risk appropriate to your own capital.

Alerts may be delayed, duplicated, missed, or interrupted by connectivity, device settings, Alert expiry, or third-party services. Do not rely on an alert as your only risk-control mechanism.

Gumrai connects to or depends on TradingView, MetaQuotes/MetaTrader, Telegram, brokers, Vercel, Supabase, and other providers. Their services may change, restrict, pause, or delay functionality outside Gumrai’s control.

We do not guarantee uninterrupted availability of the website, indicator, pricing data, news, or alerts. Services may be paused for maintenance, security, or operational reasons.

Gumrai tools and files are productivity aids, not individualized legal, accounting, tax, financial, or business advice.

You should review numbers, documents, and suitability for your own business before using them in real situations.

We may update the website, features, prices, or these terms from time to time. The latest version will be published on Gumrai.

These terms are governed by the laws of Thailand, unless applicable law requires otherwise.
