Free tools and memberships
Free tools may be used for calculations and trials as available. Downloads may include quotas, watermarks, or other limits based on your package.
Day Pass provides access for the stated time period. Smart Coin provides access based on the billing cycle or package details shown on the website.
Digital products and downloads
After successful payment, you receive download access or product access under your account.
You may not resell, redistribute, publicly upload, or modify Gumrai files, products, templates, or content into a competing product without permission.
Payments, refunds, and issues
Online payments are processed through Stripe or other payment methods supported by Gumrai.
Prices may be shown in Thai baht or another supported currency. Taxes, bank fees, or currency conversion fees may depend on your payment provider.
Because digital products can be downloaded immediately, refunds may generally not be available after access is delivered, unless there is a system error or another case we consider appropriate.

Renewals, cancellations, and member access
Time-limited packages provide access for the period shown by the system. If a renewal is made before expiry, remaining time should be preserved according to the package rules.
If a package is cancelled or changed, some benefits may end at the end of the access period or according to the terms shown on the website.
